Cloud Bread is becoming all the rage. It's a nice, airy bread made from eggs only, a little cream cheese (some people use cottage cheese), and tartar butter. Really, apart from seasoning, that's all for this recipe for cloud bread!
Ingredients:
- 3 pieces eggs
- 3 tbsp cream cheese herbs
- 0.25 tbsp baking powder
- 1 pinch sea-salt
- 1 at will rosemary
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
- Separate the egg white from the yolk. Mix the egg yolks with the cream cheese and add the baking powder. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Now carefully stir both together with a wooden spoon until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Then distribute the mixture on a baking sheet. Or distribute individual round flatbreads.
- After 15 minutes of baking at 150 degrees, the snack is ready to be consumed.
